2. Information about Orb iDog
The website presents an iPhone app for everyday dog care: walks, Dogs Health observations, feeding, reminders and structured history. Some described functions may be in early testing, preparation or staged rollout.
3. Early access and contact
When you send a name, email, phone or message, we use that information to respond to the inquiry, send product news or offer an invitation for early access. Submitting a form does not guarantee immediate access to the app.
4. Web chat assistant
David is a virtual assistant that answers based on prepared information about Orb iDog and aims to have a natural, useful conversation. It is not a medical, veterinary, legal or financial advisor. If a question is specific, technical, partnership-related or outside the available information, David points to support@orbidog.com or to leaving contact details.
5. Cookies and analytics
The website may use cookies to remember the consent choice and, only after permission, for first-party analytics. Analytics may include pages, IP address, chat events without the full question text, browser, device, language, timezone, country hint and voluntarily selected demographic fields.
Gender and age are not inferred automatically. They are stored only if the visitor voluntarily provides them in cookie settings.
6. Medical boundary
Orb iDog may help with observation, history, photos, gait video analysis and AI guidance, but it does not diagnose. In case of pain, limping, sudden symptoms, worsening condition or suspected emergency, contact a veterinarian.

The Orb iDog name, visual identity, text, images, demo and website structure are part of the product and must not be copied or used for other projects without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
The website is provided as available. We work to keep information accurate and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, absence of errors or suitability for every specific situation.
9. Changes
We may update the website, content, chat assistant and these terms. A new version takes effect after it is published on the website.
